Once a purchase has been made and payment has been successfully processed, the order cannot be canceled.
Our products are delivered instantly or within a short period after purchase, and access to digital content cannot be revoked once delivered.

2. No Refunds

All digital product sales on Pixel Vault are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

  • Incompatibility with your device, software, or requirements

  • Failure to read product descriptions or usage instructions

Once a digital item has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, you are deemed to have received the full value of the product.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product

  • Technical errors on our website causing an incorrect charge

  • Failure of delivery due to a verified system error on our end

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order details. We will review your request and process a refund only if it meets the above criteria.
